All the little things to make your stay smooth & stress-free

 

We’ve kept everything super simple for you — but here’s a quick guide so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any “how does this work?!” moments.

🔥 Gas Bottles

If the gas ever needs turning on:

• The bottles are located outside the caravan at the back - the van uses one bottle at a time. 

• Simply turn one of the red valves to OPEN. This will start to feed the gas into the caravan. This must be turned off when you leave. 

• Make sure it’s securely turned on before using the hob or heating

• There is a boiler in the long cupboard in the kitchen. To turn on the heating and hot water - ope the cupboard and turn the left dial to

💧 Water Supply

• The main water tap is located outside on a white pipe with a blue handle, simply flick the handle down and it will turn the water on. This needs to be turned off when you leave. 

 

🍟 Double Air Fryer

Because we love an easy, cosy dinner moment: There is a large air fryer in the van next to the gas hob. You need to pull the aiur fyer away from the wall when using as hot air comes from the back of it in use. 

• Plug in and press basket ONE or TWO and set your temperature & timer

• Perfect for quick snacks, picky bits, or hangover food 🙃

• Please clean after use 💖

💧 Drinking Glasses and Plastic Wine Glasses 

• There is plenty of Moet Glasses (x7) supplied - please do not take these home they are £15 each to replace which will be charged for - they are not dishwasher safe. 

• In the kitchen there are two large cupboards above the gas hob for cups and glasses - the LEFT side has PLASTIC and the RIGHT side GLASS. The plastic cannot be used in the dishwasher. 

 

🕯️ No Candles Please

We know the vibe… but for safety reasons:
no candles or open flames inside the caravan
(LED candles = totally fine for the aesthetic ✨)

⚡ Electrics & Fridge

• Please leave all electrics and the fridge switched ON at all times these do not need turning off when you leave. 

• This helps keep everything running smoothly for you and the next guests

• Please turn off all bedroom lamps and lights when you leave. 

 

🌡️ Heating & Thermostat

To adjust the heating:

• Use the thermostat inside the caravan in the hallway. 

• Set to your preferred temperature by pressing the arrow up button until a flame appears. 

• Give it a little time to warm up (it’s worth it!) 

 

📺 SMART TV

There are two remotes the longer bigger remote is the TV and the shorter one the sound bar. There is no free wifi in the van however you can hotspot the TV to a mobile device or your phone. 

• Turn on using the remote provided - to view standard TV channels - press the 'guide' button and the TV listing will appear. 

• Access Freeview and smart features

• Perfect for movie nights & cosy evenings in 🎬

 

🔊 2 Mini Speakers

For your getting-ready playlist:

• Turn on and connect via Bluetooth

• Pair with your phone

• Cue the girlie anthems 🎶

🪑 Decking Lounge Covers

British weather = unpredictable 🙃

• Cushions/covers are stored under the blue room bed

• Please pop them back after use

 

👶 Baby Bed Gate

Travelling with a little one?

• A bed guard is available

• Located in the blue room

• Easy to set up for extra peace of mind

💧 Washing Machine & Dishwasher 

• The washing machine is really handy for longer stays and the recommended cycle we use is the QUICK SPIN or the XX cycle. 

• This should already be on, but if needed just check the valve is open

 

👗 Clothes Dryer

• A clothes airer is available

• Stored in the shower

• Perfect for towels, swimwear & last-minute outfit saves - we advise to use this on the the side of the van as it can get windy and noone wantsa their socks flying across the decking.
