We want every guest to have an amazing experience at The Glam Beach House — and for the home to stay in the beautiful condition it’s kept in.
This is a family-owned and personally used space, not a high-turnover rental.
We kindly ask all guests to treat it with care, respect, and consideration.
The price for the beach house is for the van not per person.
🏡 RESPECTING THE BEACH HOUSE
This is our home away from home, and it’s looked after to a high standard.
• Please treat the property as you would your own home
• Any damage or breakages must be reported
• Furniture and décor should not be moved or misused
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay
We only accept bookings from guests who will respect the space.
🚫 ENTERTAINMENT PASSES
Entertainment passes are optional add ons to your booking.
These are priced at:
£15 per adult per night
£7.50 per child per night
Payments for passes are made to Cove directly through the Cove Connect App (available on the app store).
Once your final balance of the holiday is paid you will be emailed the login to select passes if you choose to purchase them.
Passes are great value for money and allow you access to all evening entertainment and swimming pools and gym facilities.

🚫 WHATS ON SITE / FACILITIES
There is so much to do on site your time can be spent relaxing or busy making use of the huge range of facilities on offer:
• Beautiful spa & huge gym on site
• Indoor and outdoor pools (cabanas are available to rent in the summer months by the outdoor pool)
• Wave rider machine to learn to surf
• Dino carts to rent to cycle around the site in groups of 4
• Rock climbing walls and bounce nets
• Huge range of restaurants and takeaways to enjoy (which can be delivered directly to the beach house)
• Evening shows and bingo - great for all the family.

🚫 NO SMOKING, DRUGS OR MISUSE
To maintain the condition of the property:
• No smoking anywhere on the property (including decking)
• No drugs or illegal substances
• No excessive drinking or disruptive behaviour
This is a family-friendly environment — not a party property.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay.

🍷 ALCOHOL & RESPONSIBLE USE
We understand guests may want to relax and enjoy themselves — that’s absolutely fine.
However:
• Alcohol must be consumed responsibly
• Loud or disruptive behaviour is not permitted
• Respect for neighbours and surrounding guests is essential
🧼 CLEANING & CONDITION ON ARRIVAL
The Beach House is professionally cleaned before every stay by a dedicated cleaning company.
When you arrive:
• You have 2 hours to report any issues or concerns
• This includes cleanliness, damages, or missing items
After this time, the property will be assumed to be accepted in good condition.
🧴 ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
To make your stay easier, we provide a selection of basic essentials:
• Cleaning products
• Toilet roll
• Kitchen basics cleaning products - please keep away from children
• 8 Towels & bedding for each bed
These are there for your convenience — we kindly ask they are used respectfully and not removed.

CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Your check in time will be 3pm
Check out time will be 10am
The cleaner will arrive on the check out day to clean multiple rentals on Seal Bay so you must vacate promptly.
